About the role
In this dynamic role, you’ll wear two hats: supporting both our customers and our product team. You are the bridge between our users and our product—you listen, think along, and find smart solutions to make their experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Your insights from customer questions and test results help us continuously improve our software’s user-friendliness.
Your responsibilities:
- Customer Support – You are the first point of contact for our customers and end users. You answer questions, solve problems, and ensure the best possible user experience. Frequently asked questions are translated into improvement points for the product team so the product keeps evolving and recurring issues are prevented.
- User Experience Tester – You test our software as a real user would. You go through the functionalities, identify areas for improvement, and contribute ideas on how to make it even more user-friendly.
About you
- You are customer-focused, friendly, and patient—customer satisfaction is your top priority.
- You enjoy testing software and identifying potential improvements.
- A technical background is not required, but an affinity with software and digital tools is a plus.
- You can communicate clearly, both with customers and with our internal team.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch. Good English skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, UX testing, or a similar role is a bonus but not required.
- You are available full-time.
